Reservation information.

The hotel day is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total stay. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days, the reservation may be canceled. In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit is not refunded.

The deposit can be paid by regular transfer or online transfer (fast Przelewy24 transfers).

If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive your account details by e-mail along with the initial booking confirmation.

Receiving a 30% deposit confirms the reservation, in case of cancellation it is not refunded. The rest of the amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival at the apartment. Please submit any complaints by phone at +48 728 062 710 or by e-mail koltunleszek@gmail.com – from the moment of making the reservation to the time of check-out, they will be considered within 7 business days.

To confirm your reservation, you must pay a 30% deposit within 72 hours of making the reservation. Failure to pay within the specified period will result in cancellation of the reservation. Free cancellation is not possible. 

  1. The Tenant declares that:
    • will use the Premises only for residential purposes;
    • will maintain proper sanitary, technical and aesthetic order of the Premises and its equipment;
    • will not make any changes affecting the substance of the Premises;
    • will immediately notify the Landlord of any faults and defects in the Premises and the need to carry out repairs,
  2. The Tenant declares that after the expiry of the deadline, he will move out, vacate, empty and hand over the Premises to the Landlord together with the set of keys received in a condition not deteriorated resulting from normal wear and tear of the Premises.
  3. If the items brought by the Tenant remain in the Premises after the Tenant leaves the Premises, the Landlord has the right to move them to another place at the Tenant’s expense and risk.
  4. Organization of events and receptions is prohibited.
  5. Smoking is forbidden.
  6. Quiet hours apply from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

The person booking accommodation via this form consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of organizing accommodation and accepts the terms of cancellation and payment for the reservation.
